I ordered a few craft supplies from itsybitsy.in, i don’t think the quality was bad at all. The papers and paints looked nice and didn’t feel cheap, which is what matters to me. One item’s packaging was a little bent when it arrived, but the actual product inside was completely fine, so I’m not going to make a big issue out of it. Overall, I’m happy with what I got. They could just check the packing a bit better before shipping, that’s all.

I ordered a few craft items from Itsybitsy and one of the packs arrived damaged. The first response from support was slow, so I had to follow up by email and even call them again, which got a little frustrating.

Not saying it’s a scam, but when replies take that long, you do start wondering what’s going on. To be fair, once they checked the photos, they arranged a replacement and it reached me fine. Overall, it worked out in the end, but I really wish their support was quicker...

I used this kit for a few small crafts and it did the job, but it’s basic. It’s useful enough if you don’t need anything fancy, though I was kind of expecting a bit more?? Overall, it’s fine for simple projects.

Itsy Bitsy has a nice selection of craft supplies. I came across papers, paints, stickers, tools, and even some random decor bits, so in terms of "variety," it definitely has a lot to browse through.
That said, it can be a bit frustrating when the exact colors or designs I’m looking for aren’t available, or when a few things show as "out of stock." It makes the browsing experience feel a little inconsistent sometimes.
Overall, I’d say it’s a decent place for craft shopping, just not always fully reliable if you need something specific. I’d still check it again, but I probably wouldn’t depend on it completely...

The tracking updates also weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t sure when the order would arrive. Overall, it was an okay experience. I might order again, but probably only when I’m not in a hurry.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would, kind of slower than... well, slower than I was hoping for. Not a huge issue, but the process could definitely be quicker...

Some items come back after ages, and some never seem to return at all. The website works fine and my delivery was okay, but I really wish they were more consistent with keeping things in stock...
